After the new realignment in classification, this season's girls volleyball match against rival Gateway served as a non-section match on Thursday, with the Mustangs coming away with a 3-0 road sweep.
Plum won the sets by scores of 25-20, 25-13 and 25-16.
Mia Waitt registered a double-double with 12 kills and 12 digs. Kennedy Soper led the serving with four aces.
Mia Murro had 14 assists and on defense, Lily Davis had three blocks.
The win improves the girls record to 2-0 on the season.
They will be back in action this weekend when they compete in the Franklin Regional Tournament.
