Girls Varsity Soccer Registers Third Straight Shutout To Begin Season

Three games into the season and the girls varsity soccer team is yet to allow a goal. Its latest effort came on a weather shortened 3-0 win at Gateway on Saturday in a non-section game.
Scoring goals for the Mustangs were Gianna Revetta, Emily Grubich and Meghan Stammer. Allison Porter picked up an assist in the contest.
Makenna Anderson and Malayna Smith combined once again for the shutout.
The girls improve to 3-0 on the season and will return to section play on Wednesday when they travel to West Mifflin at 7 p.m.
