The girls varsity soccer team continued its shutout streak to start the season, defeating Greensburg Salem 5-0 in section play.
The Mustangs have now outscored their opponents 27-0 on the season.
Freshman Ali Joyce led the offense with two goals. Also scoring was Gianna Revetta, Mia Nardo and Isla Filo. Assisting on the goals were Joyce, Emily Grubich, Serena Carnahan, Kierstin Curry and Brenna McLaughlin.
Makenna Anderson and Malayna Smith combined for the shutout.
The win improves the girls record to 7-0 overall and 6-0 in the section.
The Mustangs will travel to Montour tonight for a non-section game at 7:30 p.m.
